You know how we love a bit of shopping here at ACHICA Living, so we were pleased to hear that last week ACHICA took part in the annual ‘Dress for Success’ designer sale in association with The Sunday Times Style. Dress for Success is a charity organisation that helps women on low incomes find employment by providing them with tools to get back to work. Women receive interview training, an outfit to wear to the interview, not to mention a huge confidence boost to encourage them to apply for a job they might not otherwise have considered.
This year, Dress for Success was held in Somerset House in London where designer brands came together to offer ticket holders the chance to buy a range of products at massively reduced prices.
A fantastic event for a wonderful cause and it was great to meet some of The Sunday Times Style readers and hear about the bargains they’d picked up.
