'Put a ring on it…uh uh oh…uh uh oh' with Shaun Leane

I'm very excited to hear that acclaimed London-based jeweller, Shaun Leane, will be on promotion at ACHICA tomorrow. Shaun Leane began his career over twenty-five years ago training at the bench in London's jewellery quarter, Hatton Garden. While working as a goldsmith, Leane began a long-standing collaboration with the late Alexander McQueen, creating provocative catwalk jewels that have become iconic milestones in the art of couture jewellery.

This high-profile collaboration acted as a catalyst to Leane's desire to blend technical perfection with creative freedom, and in 1999 he launched the first collections of Shaun Leane Jewellery. Now celebrated world-wide for modern and romantic jewellery that pushes the boundaries of contemporary design, he has been named 'Jewellery Designer of the Year' on four occasions, while Sotheby’s London has described the house’s work as ‘Antiques of the Future.’

Alongside Leane's award-winning collections, he's worked on one-of-a-kind projects and collaborations with, amongst others, artist Sam Taylor-Wood, Givenchy and Parisian master jeweller Boucheron. I'm thinking that this is a fab opportunity to get your digits on a gorgeous piece of jewellery from the iconic and award-winning Cherry Blossom collection. Featured in the collection is the romantic Lilac colourway, which feature Sterling Silver flowers, set with stunning Pearls and Amethyst (above).

To find out which other pieces are in this beautiful Shaun Leane promotion take a look at ACHICA.

The Shaun Leane promotion is live from 7am 29 Sept 2011 to 7am 1 Oct 2011.
