I'm very excited to hear that acclaimed London-based jeweller, Shaun Leane, will be on promotion at ACHICA tomorrow. Shaun Leane began his career over twenty-five years ago training at the bench in London's jewellery quarter, Hatton Garden. While working as a goldsmith, Leane began a long-standing collaboration with the late Alexander McQueen, creating provocative catwalk jewels that ...View more

Pick of the week has to be Lee Broom’s Salon. The designer of t...View more

When you think of the name Roux you instantly think of a Michelin star restaurant, quality food, superior ingredients and divine dining and that is exactly what I got last week when I attended a master class with the lovely Michel Roux Jr, who has just launched his set of professional quality saucepans with Greenpan.
We gathered at the excellently appointed 'L'Atelier de Chefs' in London's Wigmore Str...View more

I've just caught sight of Swedish design company Linum's latest launch of table linen and decorative cushions in collaboration with Elle Decoration, and what a gorgeous sight it is too. The Ecolo City design (above and below) was inspired by a 'meeting of nature and the city', where the organic and traditional shapes of nature have been given a contemporary twist. Use the latest monochrome wall coverings to add a touch of magic to your home. Choose from a range of quirky and creative designs from wallpaper depicting feline beauties to wall stickers that turn everyday items such as suitcases into works of art - okay, so they're not quite Michelangelo frescos, but they certainly do bring a blank wall to life and are an instant way to update t...View more

Every now and again I come across a cake book that I just can’t get enough of. You know the kind that every new recipe turns out well (and almost looks like the picture!) and it tastes amazing and becomes your new favourite. Well that is doubly so for Mich Turner’s Cake Masterclass, the ultimate guide to cake decorating perfection, by Jacqui Small. It’s packe...View more
